The first days of autumn and the TUGC team were hard at work reinstating a green roof 440 sq.m. of wildflower at the Royal Mail depot in Islington after alterations to a standing seam roof.

The build up included 16 tonnes of substrate, 12 tonnes of wildflower turf and Aquaten fleece was added to improve the water attenuation on the roof as well as providing a passive irrigation system to the vegetation.
