Office Greening in City of London

The TUGC team was tasked with creating this vegetated walkway on an existing steel structure complete with walking statue. The structure is three floors up in a prestigious wide open office space so required scaffolding and careful manoeuvring to install.

This was a complex and testing challenge which produced a fantastic artistic living centre piece to the building.

Qualitative evidence suggests that humans are innately and universally attracted to nature.  This often unconscious appreciation is referred to as biophilia. The living walkway installation will improve the wellbeing of the staff and help increase biophilia within the work environment.
