Secluded Sedum Roof Maintenance in Studland
The mainteneance team have been in the beautiful county of Dorset this week, visiting a combined blue green roof in the picturesque Studland.
The roof was installed recently by us and its great to see how well it is establishing with the hardy sedum adapting well to the sea air.
Whilst green roofs are generally self sufficient, like any garden they will require some attention from time to time to stay looking their bes. Regular maintenance visits are the best way to do this and mitigate any issues that might otherwise go unnoticed, especially as the roof establishes and grows over time.
This is especially true with blue roofs where the additional function of the roof needs to be considered. Regular maintenance inspections, in particular after any significant weather events, are crucial to the effectiveness and longevity of the system and its structure.
