TUGC’s Mike Cottage Receives GRO Award
The Green Roof Organisation (GRO) has honoured our very own Mike Cottage, with a Long Service Award, presented to him by GRO Chairman Chris Bridgman.
Our main man Mike installed his first green roof 35 years ago has finally been recognised for his many achievements in the green roof industry with this award.
As a representative for the Contractor Category of the GRO board, Mike brings more than two decades of hands‑on experience in green roof construction, eco design and sustainable urban development and his continued work with TUGC champions practical, resilient, and biodiversity‑focused solutions, values that align closely with GRO’s mission to raise standards and support best practice across the industry. We are thrilled that his efforts have been recognised. Roll on the next 35 years!
